Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how ToolDix handles payments for sponsored listings, featured placements, and advertising campaigns purchased through ToolDix.

Advertising review

Paid listings and sponsored placements are reviewed before they are published. ToolDix may reject submissions that are incomplete, misleading, unsafe, illegal, or unrelated to software, AI tools, developer products, online utilities, or digital services.

When refunds are available

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Your paid submission is rejected before the listing or campaign goes live and no reasonable revision path is available.
  • ToolDix is unable to publish the paid listing or sponsored placement because of a technical or editorial issue on our side.
  • You request cancellation before the sponsored placement has started and before any featured exposure has been delivered.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same advertising package.

When refunds may not be available

Refunds are generally not available after a Verified Listing has been approved and published, or after a sponsored campaign has started delivering impressions, clicks, homepage exposure, or category page placement.

If a campaign has already started and there is a serious issue, ToolDix may offer a partial refund, replacement placement, campaign extension, or account credit at its discretion.

Packages and durations

ToolDix currently offers one long-term listing package and fixed-duration sponsored placement packages:

  • Verified Listing: long-term directory profile after approval; no homepage or category-top ad inventory is included.
  • Starter Boost: 7 days of category sponsored placement after approval.
  • Featured Launch: 14 days of homepage rotation eligibility and category visibility after approval.
  • Growth Campaign: 30 days of premium homepage and category visibility after approval.

For fixed-duration sponsored placements, the paid placement period starts after ToolDix approves and publishes the placement, not at the moment of payment.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or submit a request through the contact form. Please include your email address, payment receipt, tool name, website URL, and the reason for the refund request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment method, bank, and payment provider policies.

Policy updates

ToolDix may update this policy as advertising products, review workflows, or payment providers change. The current version published on this page applies to new purchases made after the update date.
