ToolDix provides free browser utilities, a paid Pro Toolkit, public website audits, AI and software directories, community features, sponsored listing workflows, and educational content. By using the site, you agree to use these services responsibly and to review outputs before relying on them.

Accounts

Some features require an account, including forum posting, tool feedback, saved items, decision workspaces, personalization, and advertising submissions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity submitted through your account.

Workspaces and sharing

Decision workspaces are private by default. If you enable a read-only share link, anyone who obtains that link may view the workspace until you disable sharing. Do not place passwords, API keys, confidential documents, regulated personal data, or other secrets in workspace objectives, notes, workflow steps, or prompts.

Tool outputs and recommendations

ToolDix utilities, examples, comparisons, and directory descriptions are provided for general productivity and research. Validate generated values, converted data, compressed files, SEO snippets, and third-party tool claims before publishing, deploying, or making business decisions.

Free tools and the Pro Toolkit

Existing single-purpose ToolDix utilities remain free. The ToolDix Pro Toolkit is a separate paid workspace for batch workflows, combined reports, exports, privacy isolation, and limited server processing. A Pro Toolkit pass costs $9 USD as a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. It is not a subscription.

After ToolDix verifies payment, the pass remains active for 30 consecutive 24-hour periods. While the pass is active, browser-local Pro workflows may be used without a ToolDix-imposed run limit, subject to reasonable technical, security, and abuse-prevention limits. Each pass also includes 10 public-site analysis credits. Unused time and credits expire with the pass and are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or automatically renewed.

A public-site analysis retrieves the public target URLs and related public resources needed to produce the requested audit or comparison report. You may analyze only public sites that you are authorized to evaluate, and you may not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, overload a destination, or violate another site's rights or terms.

Automated findings and generated materials are informational. They do not guarantee search ranking, AdSense approval, security certification, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, business results, or acceptance by any third party.

Human website review service

A human website review is a separate one-time professional service for one public HTTPS website. Its published scope covers manual observations and prioritized recommendations; it does not include implementation, deployment, penetration testing, legal advice, certification, or guaranteed search, advertising, revenue, approval, or security outcomes. Delivery timing is an estimate and may change when required information is missing.

Community content

You may not post spam, malware, deceptive links, illegal content, private credentials, harassment, or content that violates another party's rights. ToolDix may remove or moderate content to protect users and site quality.

Sponsored listings and payments

Paid listings and sponsored placements are subject to review. Payment does not guarantee approval, endorsement, clicks, leads, conversions, or a specific ranking. Verified Listing is a long-term directory profile only after approval; fixed-duration sponsored placements start after approval and publication. Campaign timing, placement, and refund handling are described on the advertising and refund policy pages.

Pro Toolkit refunds and access revocation

Pro Toolkit refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. When a Pro Toolkit payment is refunded, the remaining local Pro access and all unused server audit credits associated with that purchase are revoked. A refund does not restore credits that were already consumed or create a new access period.

Third-party links

ToolDix links to external tools, websites, software vendors, and payment providers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, data practices, or product behavior.

Affiliate links

Some clearly labeled partner links are affiliate links. If you use one to sign up or make a purchase, ToolDix may receive a commission from the partner without adding a ToolDix affiliate fee to your purchase. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee a positive assessment, editorial ranking, inclusion, result, or endorsement. Your transaction is with the third-party provider, whose current prices, eligibility, renewal, cancellation, refund, and privacy terms apply. Changes

We may update these terms as ToolDix evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
